Community Guidelines

We want to ensure that we are a safe platform for our users. For this reason, published ads must comply with local regulations and the policies we have established. Please note that we have the right to remove ads that we deem unsuitable for publication on Bulbul. An extended list of prohibited products and user behaviors is provided below.

Prohibited actions:

• Mislead users by communication
• Mislead users by editing profile info
• Selling stolen products
• Engaging in illegal activities
• Harassment
• Misleading through spam

Prohibited products:

• Sexually explicit products
• Weapons and other harmful products
• Drugs, Tobacco, Alcohol & Medicine
• Products subject to Government Authorization
• Contractual, requiring ID, or non-transferrable products
• Animals
• Food
• Spam
• Controlled substances
• Intellectual property rights violations

Attempts to Mislead Users:

• We're here to support our users just as well as make it easy for them to get great deals. You have to remember that these great opportunities come with trust. You must honestly and accurately promote yourself and the ads you post.
• We do not allow attempts to mislead or deceive users. You should make sure that the photos of all the ads are clear, well-lit, and accurately reflect the items or services being offered.

Some of the prohibited behaviors include:

• Attempts to attract users from bulbul to other services.
• Posting ads at unreasonable prices (You should list prices that you genuinely intend to accept).
• Violate our anti-spam and fraud guidelines (including posting multiple ads for the same item or service).

Communicating with Others:

We are not just an app, we are a community. We believe that we should treat others the way we want to be treated ourselves. It's important to remember that a large portion of the bulbul community is actually made up of your neighbors. For this reason, we recommend that everyone communicates with respect and courtesy.

Some of the prohibited behaviors include:

• Messages intended to harass, intimidate, threaten, or humiliate another user.
• Ads that promote discrimination or support hate groups.
• Ads that depict or glorify violence or aggressive behavior.
• Any kind of racist or discriminatory language.

Editing Your Profile

First impressions are everything, so try to present yourself to the community as best you can when creating your profile. Here are some tips for creating a good-looking profile.

Add a profile photo that doesn't violate the community guidelines and choose a username you'd like to be used to address you.

Your account may be closed or subject to further review if the profile photo, username or email address you provide that you choose to use contains one or more of the following:

Some of the prohibited behaviors include:

• Image or text of any product or service that violates Community guidelines.
• Any image or text that contains contact information, including the following information: 1- Phone numbers 2- E-mail address 3- Social media usernames 4- All kinds of URLs
• Any image or text that depicts or implies nudity, including photos depicting upper body, child/infant nudity without clothing.
• Any image or text that depicts sexuality or lust, including images that represent physical intimacy, such as massage, kissing, etc.
• Any image or text that we would consider inappropriate or offensive, such as offensive hand gestures.
• Any image or text that contains profanity, profanity, or any kind of vulgar language to sacred objects and persons.
• Any image or text that promotes hate speech or racial discrimination.
• Any image or text that promotes or depicts violence, including images of body parts/fluids, dead or injured animals.
• Image or text that indicates abuse of the bulbul brand, including by impersonating oneself as a bulbul employee or appropriating the bulbul logo and/or name.
• Impersonating another company's brand (this includes platforms similar to bulbul and companies that are in direct competition with bulbul).
• Text content in the profile that contains only random characters, symbols, and numbers. If the content is found in the advertisements, the advertisement will be removed from the publication.

Attempts to Sell or Theft Stolen Goods

If what you want to sell isn't yours, it's not eligible for sale. We have a zero-tolerance policy against stolen items. Everything you want to sell on bulbul has to be yours.

We do not allow the sale of counterfeit and counterfeit goods. You should remember that violating someone else's intellectual property rights is also a form of theft.

Some of the prohibited products include:

• Counterfeit products.
• Counterfeit goods sold without the consent of the trademark owner.
• Non-transferable goods, stock exchanges, bonds or other products for trading purposes or in a securitized nature.
• Stolen products.
• Hacking tools.
• Databases of personal information, such as email or card information.
• Vehicles that do not have a license for you.

Engaging in Illegal Activity

We obey the law, and we expect the same from you. That's why you should always observe the law.

For example, you should check that the car you are advertising is properly registered and that its sale is legal. Similarly, for ads related to renting cars, real estate, or renting real estate, ensure that all relevant legal requirements are met. It is both your responsibility and ours to ensure that the purchase, sale, and rental of the products in all the listings you place are legal.

Some of the prohibited behaviors include:

• Posts or messages that are defamatory, fraudulent, or otherwise violate the law.
• Posts or messages that violate the right of publication or privacy.
• Post or transmit any viruses, worms, Trojan horses, Easter eggs (hidden messages in computer games), time bombs, spyware or other computer code, files, or any potentially harmful or invasive program intended to interfere with or damage the operation of any hardware, software or equipment, or to monitor the use thereof (each, a "Virus").
• Use bulbul fraudulently or for any illegal purpose.
• Collect information about our users or direct them to external websites or applications for the purpose of collecting information about them.
• Interfere with the operation of bulbul or our servers or networks.
• Restrict or inhibit anyone else from using bulbul.
• Unless authorized by us, copy, modify, distribute or otherwise use any part of bulbul.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of bulbul.
• To systematically download our content.
• Unless it is a public search robot, use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automated means to retrieve, index, "data mine," "data mine," or otherwise collect our content.
• Ask users about their gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, gender, or family status.
